Earthquake damage repair including recladding

Repair and renovation of a large 1990’s earthquake damaged home with direct fix plaster cladding and single glazed windows requiring replacement as well as extensive concrete and masonry repairs. The property is a distinctive hill home of 484m2 over 3 levels with indoor heated pool, cinema room with bar, snooker room with striking feature marble and solid oak stairways. The building required complete stripping out of all materials except framing and foundations and re-building to a modern, high specification, high quality home.
