We have been rewarded for our high quality work with a New Zealand Registered Master Builders award for excellence in workmanship, creativity & innovation.
We also specialise in providing professional and accurate technical property assessments, advice and reporting in relation to building related matters. We work with private clients, insurance companies, lawyers and government throughout New Zealand to assist them with accurate building reinstatement or repair solutions and provide expertise in insurance claim negotiations and/or litigation. We have extensive experience in building, repairing, renovating and altering buildings.
We excel in repairing and renovating existing buildings - we love the challenges involved.
If your property is suffering from a specific defect, or you want to ascertain if issues are present, we can assist in the identification of building defects and provide recommendations on an appropriate repair strategy to address any issues identified. We can provide advice on any investigation works required, and prepare a report recording the defects, the probable cause, and the best strategy for remediation, which can assist your decision-making.
We specalise in assessing natural disaster damage having completed thousands of assessments of earthquake damage in Christchurch, Kaikoura and Wellington.
Our focus is on delivering the best outcome for our clients. As client-side project managers and consultants, we remain objective throughout the project lifecycle. We do not take margins on the building process or provide any other services such as design or operational management. This allows us to remain completely unbiased and focused on delivering the best possible outcome for our clients.
We can estimate a building's construction costs, manage the building contracts and monitor construction progress.
we set the project budget and manage the project within the budget constraints as well as tracking and certifying all payments made against the project budget.
